35 "I've Nevers" on my 35th Birthday

1. I've never tubed behind a boat. 

2. I've never TP'd someone's house.

3. I've never broken a bone (although I've sprained my ankle a few times).

4. I've never been out of the country - not even to Canada.

5. I've never had a real job with coworkers (other than a 3 month stint as a receptionist over summer break one year. Even then, no one really interacted with me. I sat at the front desk and directed calls.).

6. I've never shot a gun.

7. I've never been on a roller coaster scarier than Zach's Zoomer or the Corkscrew.

8. I've never given birth without an epidural.

9. I've never played a sport.

10. I've never been skinny dipping.

11. I've never smoked anything.

12. I've never been pulled over.

13. I've never had braces.

14. I've never had a real massage.

15. I've never bought an alcoholic drink at a restaurant. (Not because I have scruples about such things. Just because I love Dr Pepper more than alcohol. Plus alcoholic drinks are expensive and don't have free refills!)

16. I've never had an energy drink.

17. I've never seen Pocahontas, Hercules, Goonies, The Sandlot, Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and many other shows/movies that apparently were common kids' movies back in the day.

18. I've never paid for cable TV. (We had cable while we lived in my uncle's apartment, but we just used his.)

19. I've never been on a snowmobile.

20. I've never driven a stick shift.

21. I've never used a grill. (I'm scared of fire!)

22. I've never been to Chick-fil-A or Chipotle.

23. I've never seen the Pacific Ocean.

24. I've never been on a cruise.

25. I've never hit a deer. *knock on wood*

26. I've never owned an Apple product.

27. I've never locked my keys in my car. (Benefit of never locking my car!)

28. I've never lived by myself.

29. I've never gotten a tattoo.

30. I've never ridden a horse.

31. I've never met anyone famous (unless you count Bill Steffen) or gotten anyone's autograph.

32. I've never gone to a movie alone.

33. I've never gambled in a casino (despite being to Las Vegas . . . I was 16). 

34. I've never eaten lobster.

35. I've never donated blood.

Maybe next year I'll make a list of unusual things I have done. Because my life has not been totally without fun experiences. :-)
