It's Saturday
1. We did it! We made it to summer break! I survived my first full year as Development Director. Enrollment is down and I can't get anyone to sign up for our next two fundraisers, so I'm basically a failure, but they're still paying me, so I'll keep trying! The kids finished strong. All three of them ended the year with all A's, with the exception of Levi's spelling grade. But he got it up from a D at the beginning of the year to a B- by the end, so I'll take it! 2. One of Levi's final assignments was to bring in a dessert that is a family recipe. He chose my mom's peanut butter cookies, which I've made multiple times. This time, however, was a disaster.
